Missing twonkymedia.gif

While reinstalling 6.0.34 on my Qnap TS-109II I noticed that in some webpages a "picture placeholder" icon is displayed... because the file twonkymedia.gif is missing from the resources.
I've tried extracting it from one of the 6.0.34 downloads at http://www.twonkyforum.com/downloads/6.0.34/ but it's not in there either.
Where can I get the missing file from?
