TMS 6.0.34 does not display *ANY* Folder.jpg's

I've just had to reinstall my Qnap TS-109II from scratch, and restore all my data from a backup.
Now TMS 6.0.34 does not display any of my Folder.jpg's.
What are the files' permissions supposed to be?
Currently I have (just one example):
