I've purchased Twonky 7.0 Special - but where is the key?

Having purchased Twonky 7 Special , I received an email with two attachments, and a PayPal order confirmation. Neither seem to contain a key.

If I ask for the key to be re-sent to my email address, I'm told that my email address (steve.j.swift@gmail.com) is "invalid", yet I can see the product in my account (when I can find my way to the relevant page; I can't repeat that trick at the moment, probably due to the stress that I feel).

So far I've solicited one private reply. I'd love to answer that privately, but that facility doesn't seem to exist (for me, at least).

So, I'll respond in publlic: With gmail, that isn't a problem.

Its more of a a community thing, of which twonky is inlvolved,but...

The site listed in the upper right side of the this site, its the official site
and then there is contacting tech support directly
