Hi,
I'm new user in this forum; hope it is the right board for my questions;

I just updated the Twonkyserver (windows box) to the current version 707. After this update, there were the following issues;
- after playing one .avi, the Samsung Smart TV closes the connection saying
"the server does not respond". The server needs to be restarted, the twonky database needs to be rebuilt.
- the server does not play .mkv anymore.

what makes me angry was, that the former version worked fine. No Problems. But I thought: New Version, new features...

could anybody tell me something about the correct .xml file playing .mkv files? Is there a possibility to change the config in a working version?

Looks like I got a bite on this issue. It's being assigned to someone else to investigate. Crossing fingers that we can reproduce this and it can be easily fixed.

It's a showstopper for me.

There is no way for me to check with our German office right now because most of the people are out due to a holiday. We'll be posting TS 7.0.9 to Twonky.com by the end of next week. If this fix isn't in that release, please let me know and I'll ask for a status update.
