Enable subtitles

Post by br1ce » Sat May 26, 2012 11:06 am

Hi,

I'm running Twonky 6.0.34 on a Iomega Home Media Network Drive Cloud Edition. I managed to see it on my player (a box provided by my ISP) and I can see all my movies except the ones that have subtitles in a seperate file (same file name with .srt extension).
I'm pretty sure the problem is coming from Twonky Server because I tried with another media server running on my PC and I was able to see those files on my box.

Do you know what could be wrong with my server ?

I think the problem might be that subtitles are currently only support on certain devices (e.g. Samsung TVs).
