Problem on rescan/directory update after updating QNAP NAS

Updated my both QNAP NAS (TS219 P II and TS 119 PII) to version 3.7.1 with Twonky 6.0.39.
Worked well on TS 219. but server on TS 119 lost all data of personal folders and files (eventhough they are still on the drive as identified by windows explorer). No Rescan or directory update working? Tried to use 6.0.38 version instead as downloadable on QNAP NAS Application website, no change.
Any suggestion what to do to get database back recognized by the twonky server ?
