Transcoding Options on Twonky Server 7.0.7 Special

I just bought Twonky Server 7.0.7 and installed it on my NAS (Synology Dual Core Intel x86 based). Everything works fine, but can't find any transcoding option...
Is there a setting area to activate/set it?
BTW I'm looking for transcoding because my Samsung won't let me seek in files (fast forward and rewind).
Any help will be apreciated! Thank you!
