Hi Guys

I have a bit of a strange problem. I run Twonky Media Server 6.0.39 on my QNAP 259 Pro NAS. It streams fine to all devices such as Samsung TV, WD Live TV, PS3, pc,s etc. We also have a Samsung Tablet 7.7 inch which connects great as well and a visitor came with a 10.1 inch Samsung tablet which also works fine. Now the problem We have a Samsung 8.9 inch 4G LTE tablet which connects to the server sees all the file but comes back with unsupported file format when you go to play the file.

It will play the files if I transferthem to my PC. But not when they are on the server via Twonky.

As all other devices work fine I do not want to have to convert files just for one device

Any help anyone?

Have you checked that the device type listed in Twonky is the same for the tablet that doesn't work.
