Is it possible to choose a default language as audiostream ?

I like to create my mkvs with all languages available in the source. Now in the last time, it happened, that my preferred language is often the second audiostream. But i haven't found a way to change the audiostream.

So: is this not possible now at all?
Would it be possible to select a default language (afaik, there is some kind of a language-ID in the audiostreams)?
Or would it be possible to introduce a key (in my case a Samsung C-Series) to shuffle the language/stream?

I know that twonky just streams the file to the client, as do most dlna servers

Its really up to what the client can or cant do, some allow you to change audio track
while some only allow the first track to play

I dont know you set, but when the video starts playing, there "should" hopefully
be some sort of option related to sound/audio track setting
if not, it might not be possible
