Hi All;
Is 7.3.RC4 an official release for the NAS drives or are we waiting for something? Is this the version where we can finally created what a new folder structure so it appears on the receiver exactly where we want it to start?

It is an official RC (Release Candidate)

The new board gave me nothing but grief.. for weeks... to get back into.

If it's an official release candidate, good enough for me. I'd really like to build my own receiver folder menu structure (i think this release allows for that), and, are the 7.3 (pc) release notes good for the 7.3.RC4 (embedded) as well?

I would say that the release notes for 7.3 would "probably" be close to what the RC offers

I did toy around with the menu feature a bit, I didn't go to crazy
But it appeared to do what it says it does

Where are we at with NAS releases? I bought 2 - 4tB WD MyCloud's and they come stock now with 7.2.8
They have been sitting on a 7.3RC a long time now and i haven't heard enough good about it to want to install.
Does anyone know where the NAS releases are sitting or are they just stalled and not building or releasing?
I tried to get answers about the licenses i own but no one from packet video ever answers.
This newer forum is more confusing with tons of broken links than the last forum.
I want my 7.2.6 and 7.2.8 NAS units to default and start at the directories i set as public. I dont want to see a subset that says "all videos" or "foldesr" as my first options. I want it to get right to the level where i set my folders under the public folder.
The top layer is unnecessary button pushing every time.
