I paid for the software and I can not use the software anymore and I get no support. This isn't ok!

I tried serveral times to get in contact with the Twonky Support.

I wrote a support ticket to twonky Support on May 2014. -> no answer

Then I wrote again a ticket on June 2014 -> again no answer

Then I wrote an email to tmm-beta@pv.com -> again no answer

I get an error that my license keys are not valid anymore. I reinstalled the software but this don't help. So I need a reset of the license keys.

Is any support stuff here?

Does somebody of the community have a solution for my problem?
