strange behaviour i got with 7.3. ....album tracks would be duplicated or even triplicated eg if an album had 12 tracks, each track would show 2 or 3 times. tried resetting to default, clearing cache etc etc but problem still occured. didn't see this behaviour on 7.2 so rolled back.

any ideas?

good to hear that. thought i was doing something wrong for a while there.

twonky has seemed to fallen off the face of the earth
if they climb back up, maybe well see a newer version that might address the issue

I also had problems with 7.3 doing permanent requests out to the internet, so I reverted back to 7.2.8 which runs fine.
However company wise a have a bad feeling about Twonky. No idea where they are heading, but seems they are in some kind of trouble...
Website very scarce, no links to downloads of trial version (except you know where to look at...).

I'll assume you are talking about using http links in a playlist? If yes
then that was a known issue with 7.3, if not, no idea...

I haven't heard back from any of my emails to staff

Twonky 7.3 doing a permanent "talk" to the internet is a absolute no-go.
So went back to 7.2.8

oh yeah that stuff, almost forgot about that stuff
