Yesterday 11/08/2014, I purchased a twonky server licence. However even if paypal sent the acknowledgment, and the twonky website said the order was being processed, no further contact was made via email.

I should think that something purchased online, and to delivered electronically, would normally take less than 24 hrs to process.

Anyone encountered the same problem?

How long does it normally take for twonky to deliver the licence?

Yeah already done that, wrote to 4 different email addresses, Eventually one answered saying my invoice was reesent and now I have my licence.

They also said that I should check my spam folder, something that I do everytime I purchase online anyway. However there was nothing there from day 1. Anyway happy chappy now.
