Just installed the Lenovo EMC Storage Manager w/ Twonky for my IX2-DL on my new Y50 computer. Twonky's asking me for a serial key. I have 4 IX2-DL units; Twonky installed fine on my desktop, but it's asking for a key on my new notebook. Any ideas?
It seems like the link to contact Twonky Support is broken here:

If you click on "support", the page loads but then gives a login error w/o allowing you to enter a username/pass
