Twonky Thumbnail Utility on powerpc builds

Hi,
Why on powerpc builds 7.x tool "Twonky Thumbnail Utility" did not exist?

I think the only nas builds that have it are the i386 builds,
not sure why they didn't include it for the other platorms
though you can use ffmpeg as an alternative for thumbnail generation
