Hi,

Apologies if this is in the incorrect place. I looked around prior to posting but there didn't seem to be anywhere for support issues.

I purchased Twonky Server on Saturday evening (27/09/2014) and as of yet have still not received my license key. It seemed to give an error upon purchase which indicated that license key generation had failed, I am also getting errors if I request a lost license key against my email address.

I've raised a support call via the Zendesk, however nothing has moved on that since I raised it yesterday. Of course I'm keen to get this up and running ASAP and this delay is frustrating.

Is there anywhere where I can perhaps try to fasttrack the support process?

I would have responded from my original account, however it appears for posing this query that account has now been perma-banned. Is this normal forum behaviour here?

Ill take a look at your account banning issue

your original account is now unbanned
it must have gotten banned by accident when the admins were dealing with the spam bots

Hi Sorry to hijack a little but didn't want to start another thread no license keys!

I bought Twonkyserver in 2011 and just rebuilt Ubuntu server from 12.04 to 14.04 via fresh install (not upgrade). Whilst Twonky is running it seems to think my license key is already in use.

I've rebooted the VM as suggested but its still coming back with the message "key is in use".

Quite frustrating can anyone suggest how I resolve?

Thanks - dont suppose you may be able to suggest some email addresses they will respond to?
