Upgrading to Twonky 7 Verbatim NAS

Post by Yorkie » Sun Nov 02, 2014 11:09 am

Hi All,

I have recently purchased Twonky 7 server for my Verbatim 1 TB NAS (lynux version)

How do I replace Twonky 4 which currently resides on my NAS.

I have downloaded the zip, and unzipped.

Does this need to be done through Terminal (I am on a MAC)

Many Thanks

you should first figure out how to enable SSH on the NAS, or "possibly" telnet

the Linux build you downloaded is not for nas devices
nas devices don't use pc cpu's, so you will need to know what cpu architecture is on the nas
once you know that there are builds for them, links to builds are located below
