My Twonky server stopped remembering license key at some point. Wrote a couple emails to different support emails, but no answer besides standard robot reply about new ticket created. That's it for 2 weeks.

Do they even provide any support or we all just screwed?

I think they do eventually respond, you could also try to contact the parent

I wrote to this email as well 10 days ago and not a single response. Looks like they simply abandoned this project and don't give a duck anymore.

I bought Twonky Server 7 license through official page which is working, i have made payment through paypal, after making payment, it sayed i could not get the license code because of an internal error, i have made many claims and no answer, now i am making claim through Paypal, if i do not succeed, i will put lawyer to work in this case.

Ah, so Twonky IS dead and no support will be given. Niiiice...

I've successfully bought the license a week ago without any problem. Though no any answer for this time from support about 64 bit Linux version 7.3.

So it appeared my license key somehow expired. No idea why, but Twonky never accepted my key after upgrade to Windows 10. I got a new one from torrent and it was instantly accepted on the same system. Weird...
