can I integrate a webstream in Twonky server?

it is a vdr live TV stream
http://192.168.0.42:3000/S19.2E-1-1019-10301.ts

twonkx server 7.3 on Ubuntu 14.04

you would normally just add the item to playist file, I usually use .wpl (windows play list for stuff like this)
be aware that the client "must" also be able to decode the stream, not all streams are the same

BUT...
according to the release notes for 7.3, the answer is that it cant
Playlists that contain URLs starting with “http://” do not work. If you have playlists that
heavily rely on such URL, you may want to defer the update till the next version.
