twonky not generating thumbnails for videos

Hi,
Just installed twonky 7.2.8 on my qnap TS 212E, the qpkg package straight from the NAS app store.
From the admin panel I see the thumbnails for photos, but not the ones for videos. Which at this point I assume not being generated.
Where should I start troubleshooting from
PS I nave no thumbnails problems with the built in qnap dlna
