Sitecom Nas-md254

Hello everyone , I have a problem , I purchased the latest version of the Twonky server to install on my nas Sitecom MD - 254 , currently the version is 6.03.2 . The Nas needs only a version in binary mode ( " Filename.bin " ) .
How can I turn the Twonky Server version x linux in binary mode?
I tried to ask the support but I have had no response .
I know someone suggest a solution ?
