i RECENTLY MOVED MY ITUNES DATABASE AND FILES TO MY NEW NAS WD CLOUD EX2. WHEN I UPGRADED TO TWONKY SERVER 8.0.2 AND POINTED MY SHARING FILES IN THE DIRECTION OF THE NEW MAPPED DRIVES - NOTHING IS SHOWING UP.
I HAVE RESTARTED MY SERVER AND ALSO RESCANNED AND NOTHING IS SHOWING UP. VIDEO =0, MUSIC=0, PIC =0
I SET IT UP LIKE I DID ON MY OLD NAS BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT I MOVED THE ITNUES LIBRARY XML TO THE NAS.
HOW CAN I GET IT TO WORK TO SCAN MY FILES

I have a similar problem I upgraded to 8.0.2 on a QNAP NAS and no the server will not scan any folder with video content and says I have no video content available. It continues to find music file even when I remove folders to prevent scanning. Last time I do an update.

Answer to first poster:
Where is Twonky installed on the WD NAS or another system? Looks like you installed Twonky on Windows. In this case make sure to install Twonky as a user service otherwise it won't be able to access your mapped drives.
Is your iTunes lib file configured correct? http://ip-of-twonky:9000/rpc/get_option?ituneslib If this is not where you iTunes library file is located change this value with http://ip-of-twonky:9000/rpc/set_option ... o/lib-file
Answer to second poster:
Please check if the shares are configured correct after the update. http://ip-of-twonky:9000/webconfig#sharing
For both:
Which version was installed before you updated?
Have you tried to rebuild Twonky's database with http://ip-of-twonky:9000/rpc/rebuild ?
