WD my cloud Ex2 - DLNA external subtitle support

Does twonky media server which comes with WD EX2 support external subtitle. I have tried to stream on many iPhone players and none of them displays subtitle even though.srt files are there in the folder with same name as the movie.
Also tried to cast to my EZCast and is not displaying subtitle. Any help will be much appreciated
