where to find external hard drive photos

Hi there. I just downloaded the twonky server on to my iMac. I can see my photo booth photos under my account on the twonky website but I can't see my Photos library which is on an external hard drive.
My reason for downloading Twonky is I want to stream all my 25,000+ photos from my external hard drive to my new Pix-Star digital frame which is DNLA supported.
Can someone please help me proceed.
