Help! External SRTs with Samsung S6

Hello guys,
I am having problem in my Twonky server. I am a Lenovo In IX-2 NG user with embedded Twonky Version: 7.2.9-6 and a new UN55JU6000 Samsung Smart TV 55 ".
The problem is the que subtitles in all MKV streamed by the network do not load the external subtitles. I tried with Twonky 8.2 installed on my PC and the same problem persist. If i put a USB external HDD it works perfectly.
Ever tested to change all media receivers type (generic/Samsung TVs) and no results. Too extract MKV without embebbed SRT and no way.
Could you help me?
