Streaming ALAC Files take 22 seconds to play on Onkyo receiver

Hello, I have an Onkyo TX-RZ900 receiver used as the DLNA client. Whenever I stream ALAC files it takes about 22 seconds to play each ALAC file. I also stream FLAC, AAC, MP3 and these play within 2-3 seconds. If I play the ALAC files from a USB drive plugged into the receiver it plays each song within 2-3 seconds. I am running TwonkyServer 8.3 on a Windows 10 system.

I contacted TwonkyServer support and they were not able to replicate my issue and said it is probably an issue with the receiver. I contacted Onkyo support and they said if it plays fine from the USB then it is an issue with Twonky.

I am wondering if anyone else is streaming ALAC files and are having this issue.
