TMS asks for email verification after upgrade

hi!
upgraded to 8.4-2, by not uninstalling old files. now i'm stuck with email verification on webconfig, but "forget passwd" or "verification" email doesn't arrive.
When installing on another pc, webconfig opens and i can enter licence key.
Tried uninstall tools for complete uninst.- doesn't help.
Possible solutions?
Complete uninstall, because on fresh pc it works!? files? registry? where it hides and how it knows if it been on this pc?
