Capturing Artwork

Post by bruce orr » Sun Jun 11, 2017 5:32 pm

I have spent literally 20-30 hours working to get artwork into Twonky. Each time I rescan (in Maintenance), one thing may get fixed, but three other things suddenly are broken (e.g., cover art duplicates itself inappropriately across multiple artists, for example, or artwork that was present before rescanning content is suddenly missing!) I have put album art into each folder identified as "folder.jpg". I then rescan in maintenance, save, and every so often restart the server and restart the computer. In several instances, the artwork just refuses to show up. All files are Flac. I quit using minim because after testing vs. Twonky, early indications were that Twonky was better at capturing artwork across all search types.

If anyone can provide any advice it will be very much appreciated.

Thank you,

Bruce Orr

did you ever get a resolution to this ?
I have the same issue primarily when using the Artist/Album navigation tree .
In a few cases the artwork displayed at the top level is missing or incorrect .
I use mostly flac files with embedded art work .
