Duplicate tracks on control apps

Hi- I use Twonky Server with a Linn DSM and also a Denon Ceol Piccolo. Both apps (Kazoo in the case of the Linn) show certain tracks twice, sometimes more, and most often for an entire album. I have tried resetting the network drive. The actual ripped albums show only one copy of each track (unless it appears on more than one album). Does anyone have any ideas?
