Twonky server on WD my book live

Hi. I just connected WD My Book LIve to my home network. I copied my movies from an external drive to the MBL. I can play back the movies from any laptop connected to the network but not from my TV. I keep getting an únsupported file'error. When I connect the external drive directly to my smart TV I can view the movies without any error. I am on twonky server 8.5.1. I am thinking perhaps its a problem related to Twonky. Any suggestions?
