Philips TV 37PF9731D/10 Crash

Post by uspange » Mon Jul 09, 2007 7:39 am

Hello, I now own a Philips 37PF9731D/10 TV. I can see Twonky 4.4 on my Terastation. If I browse the content, the TV reboots. The included Philips software running on Windows works just fine!

Hi and thanks for your answer. In that thread you are referring to they write about streaming content and that Twonky streams seem to be different from the ones the Philips software uses. My problem is that the TV is rebooting when I open the menue to browse the content!

Actually in another forum someone found the solution. You have to give the TV a fixed IP an in the client settings of twonky you configure it as Philips Streamium AV.

It now works close to perfect ;-)

uspange - Could you point me towards the other forum where this was discussed? I have the same problem with a Twonky-based NAS device and I'm trying to find out more about what causes the issue...

Thanks!
