NO Playlists with 4.4
Hi,
I am looking for all my Playlists but no client shows this lists. In earlier Versions this feature was never a problem.
Any Suggestions and Ideas?
THANKS!
Mats

@starhubble: what kind of NAS do you use? Surprise, I have my playlists back... I have a RAIDSONIC-NAS and I think the problems are somehow related to that. I tried it again with 4.4 and now use auto-scan every 60 minutes (before I disabled it to spin-down the disk). Now I don't have to rebuild the database which caused the problems before. Anyways, I cross my fingers if I have to restart the twonky server again.... Have you asked TwonkyMedia support?

Hmmm. I managed to solve this. Twonky can find my playlists when they are stored under:
D:\Music\Mp3\Playlists
But not when they are stored under:
D:\Music\Mp3\Playlists\Subfolder\Subfolder
Very odd. I thought the directory structure and placement of the playlists had nothing to do with it. I thought Twonky scanned the entire shared sector for playlists.
Anyhow... it works again!

Hi folks,
same problem in my environment (Netgear MP101, Win XP, Twonky running as service). After moving the playlists to a different location and back they reappeared on my Netgear.
I built another workaround in creating a system policy that starts a script during windows startup with no need to logon to tze machine. This script simply alters the file endings of my playlist files from .m3u to something else, pauses a few seconds and alters them back to .m3u. After this the playlists are recognized by Twonky again.
Hopefully this issue will be fixed in future versions...
