ini Files how to change them

Hi I am trying to get remote access to the webrowse feature of my server which is on a Linkstation live NAS
All works great and I have opened the router to http://mystaticip:9100/webrowse
but I see from other post I need to change the settings in the ini files so it knows what my ip address is but the question is where are they and how can I change them on a NAS drive
