FFmpeg Transcoding for xbox360 (Linux)

Does anyone have suggested settings for using ffmpeg to convert (xvid and dvd's) to mp4 for playback on the xbox360?

i can't get video working for xbox 360 either. do your videos even show up in the xbox dashboard?
