Music Times Incorrectly Displayed

On about 25% of my WMA music tracks, the total time and countdown times are displayed incorrectly. For example, a 4-minute song might display a total track time of 3 minutes.
In turn, the countdown time would erroneously start from 3 minutes and when that amount of time has elapsed, the countdown counter stays at 00:00 and the track continues playing for another minute until complete.
I never noticed this until I upgraded to TwonkyMedia 4.4. Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or know the cause?
