4.4.2 Server running consistently at around 50% CPU

I have the 4.4.2 running on XP SP2 and have noticed that it seem to consistently be running at around 45-50% CPU usage most of the time.

Any suggestions as to why this might be happening. I've enabled the log files but am not sure what to be looking for.

Does the scan ever complete? One of the content scanners may be getting stuck on a corrupt file.
