Twonky access address changes - why?

The first year I accessed the server via http://192.168.2.100:9000/configpage/index.html

Then it changed to
http://192.168.2.102:9000/configpage/index.html for a few months

And today it has changed to
http://192.168.2.104:9000/configpage/index.html

Why is this happening? (For a few days I can't access the server and then I remember to check some other URL's - and I find it again via the new address).

DHCP ?!?
Does your network use DHCP ? It decides which IP goes to whom and if none are define statically, they get dynamically assigned.
