Video Feeds - Netgear Eva700 / Windows Vista

I have had success with Twonky Vision finding my photos, music, and video files on my harddrive to wirelessly send to my TV with Netgear Eva700. Very simple, intuitive, and good product. I was also able to get the basic music internet radio stations.

Now...how to I get video streams. I saw a very complicated post on setting up remote web streaming which left a consumer like me totally lost. I have seen a post about rss streams and a web address of http://192.168.2.1:9000/rss but I have no idea, and no one says where I'm supposed to put this address in the set up.

Maybe what I want to do is so simple no body bothers to explain, but I simply want to get either podcasts (.xml files) or rss feeds from my laptop running vista to my television with the EVA700.

Anyway, I probably need a crash course, but any help would be appreciated.
