Do you have bad experience with Twonky Vision support?

I ask the question, but from my experience I know the answer is there is no support.

I bought the product to upgrade from an old version, but after that several features stopped working. I could no longer play flac, I could no longer uses the alphanumeric search on my streamium sl400i.

I got 1 response from support, in which they asked to reset the client table.
After that they did no longer respond the my mails.

If you have the same experience, please contact met.

My next step will be to get my money back.

Hi,

in fact we have no further solution for this.

Of course we offer a refund if we can not fix such a problem.

The point is that this works on our system - and is reported so far only once - we just can not reproduce this problem :-(
