No content found all of the sudden. Tried everything...

Hello, I have been using twonky for about 3-4 months now on my buffalo linkstation, no problems whatsoever.
now last week, it refuses to show or find any of media.
Ive changed the rescan value, ive deleted the file directories, added new ones, etc....
Ive restarted it, tried to rescan for content. I installed another server, and its fine. but i love twonky, would much rather use it.
anyone have any ideas?
