Changing the "- ALL -" tag does not work

Hi,
whenever I try to change the value for - ALL - it won't survive the necessary restart of TV!
It's always been reset to - ALL -!!
Even stopping TV manually, editing the ini-file by hand and restarting TV has the same effect - You just can't change this value!
Please fix!
