Townky Media v4.3 for NAS - NO Technical support!! Beware!

I bought Twonky media in June because it claimed that it could support M3u files, and playlists. I have tried and tried, and ended up emailing support explaining the Problem and asking for help.
The response I got was that they no longer support Townky Media for NAS devices! So I asked for a refund, and got no reply! Thank you very much Townky!
I have looked at this forum and see that it is a common problem, with no definitive solution. I will post again in hope that another user has found solution.
