mts files on QNAP TS-209

I patched latest fireware on TS209 using TwonkyVision 4.4.2 which should support mts files playback on PS3. However, it shows me unsupported format. I can plug a USB thumb drive to PS3 to play but not through the TwonkyVision. Anyone help?
