There's a line of static text underneath "Ignore Directories" that reads
"If this setting is changed a 'rebuild database' is required!"
It would be nice if that rebuild database was turned to a hyperlink that would do just that.
On the other hand, the sun will still rise tomorrow if it stays that way...
