Having problems with Twonky not updating Genre settings.

I have been managing my music with MediaMonkey and have updated a group of a few hundred MP3's to be another Genre. MM shows the correct genre and WMP11 shows the same. But Townky still shows Unknown for the Genre. This is after rebuilding the database, restarting the server and resetting the folders. I have changed the Genre again and Townky will in some cases pick up the prior setting.
It is almost like there is some cache that can not 'catch up' with the current setting.
If I pick one file and set the genre to something else it seems twonky will see it but when I change multiple files it does not. It would seem twonky is at issue because WMP11 and MM both show the same genre.
Any ideas??

Try deleting twonky.db, and restarting. This will build you a new db with the current state.
