Where does Internet Radio get it's list of stations from?

my radio.m3u only contains:
But there's LOADS in the list of All Stations. I'm assuming the m3u with the radio stations you want need to be Content Locations, but TwonkyVision seems to be getting it's list from somewhere else. Any ideas?
