Create virtual entries in the navigation tree

Hi to all,
is it possible to create virtual entries in the navigation tree? I'd like to create an entry which in fact does not start the streaming of the underlying content but executes a command, e.g. batch-file.
The reason for this is that I'm turning my (Windows 2003 server) on via WOL, but I've no change to turn it off again except walking down the stairs or connecting to it remotely via Notebook.
