Playlists, WAV files, and ROKU

I have a Lacie Ethernet Big Disk 640GB NAS serving WAV files to a ROKU M1000 Soundbridge. Twonky 4.3 is running from the NAS and the configuration page is locked up tight (that's how LaCie sells the unit). they are on a hard-wired 10/100 Cat 5E network
The WAV files are playing properly, but no tags are available with this format. Unfortunately, the Soundbridge does not see any playlists I have placed on the disk. I can runthe playlists on the NAS using programs on my PC (e.g. WMP and MediaMonkey).
Is this a problem with Twonky or the Soundbridge?
I would like to play files without a PC, and will stick with the WAV format, as most of my collection is classical.
Any tips would be appreciated.
