Intermittant black screen with Linkstation, Twonky and Xbox

Hi all,
I have a hacked mipsel Linkstation running twonky 4.4 connected via ethernet cable to my 360. Since the xbox update this has worked fine, playing divx files no problem.
Over the last week or so, I've had a problem with the video. I get occasional black screens, lasting maybe half a second. The sound continues and when the picture comes back it's all in synch.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
