UPnP vs. OpenVPN

Hi all,

my setup is as follows:

Laptop in Office with OpenVPN Client (10.8.0.2) and Yahoo Music Jukebox
|
|
Home DSL Router (ext. IP & 192.168.178.1)
|
|
Home NSLu2 with Debian/Twonky 4.4 (192.168.178.24 & 10.8.0.1) and OpenVPN Server

When i connect to my HomeNetwork (192.168.178.x) by OpenVPN, i get an IP Adress 10.8.0.x
I Added routes to my DSL Router and OpenVPN Client , so i can Ping 192.168.178.x and 10.8.0.x. connect Network Shares on NSLU and so on.
I can also reach Twonky from my Laptop with http://10.8.0.1:9000
Yahoo Music Jukebox recognizes TwonkyServer but does not display any songs, albums etc... keeps hanging on "Fetching content..."

I don`t think i have to open ports, because i am connected through OpenVPN ("part" of my Home Network)
--> can Broadcasts be the problem? I have heard something about that, but think the recognition of the server is also done by broadcasts, which works... only displaying of content itself fails...

Another question.
When i connect to my content via Webbrowser and choose one mp3 for playing... will it be streamed or will it be completely downloaded before the browser plugin starts playing? (For me it seems that the file gets downloaded completely, because start playing takes "a while"...)

Anyone here who has similar experiences or successfully runs a similar setup?
